Tenancy deposit

Use WhatsApp messages as evidence in a tenancy deposit dispute

Messages about the property's condition, repairs, cleaning and moving out are often spread across months of WhatsApp chat.

ChatBundle picks the messages that relate to the deposit, groups them by issue and makes one searchable PDF, with each message's date, time, sender and exact text.

For: Tenants, landlords and letting agents.

Make my bundle for £19 How to export a chat

Check your chat for free
See that your chat was read correctly, with a sample page of your own messages in the bundle layout, before you pay.
We never store your chat
Your chat is read on your device. After you pay, only the messages in the dates you choose are sent to make the bundle, and we keep none of them.
Not legal or HR advice
The bundle shows what the messages say, in neutral words. It never recommends an outcome.

Good to know

Each deposit scheme (DPS, mydeposits or TDS) sets its own deadlines, upload limits and file types for evidence. Check your scheme's current rules before you submit.
The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) gives you 14 calendar days from its email to submit evidence, accepts PDF files and takes up to 40 MB per upload. If your deposit is with another scheme, check its rules.
